Pre-treatment of surfaces
The surface must be dry, clean, free of dust and oil and apply properly. Slightly roughen the metals to achieve a stronger joint.
During use
Instructions for use
Apply the glue in a thin layer on one side (avoid direct sun exposure)
Press both parts firmly and firmly for 10-20 seconds and place the object in direct sunlight
Do not move the stuck object until the required welding time is completed
Bison Glass works under the influence of light (UV rays). Welding is achieved only by direct exposure to the sun
If possible use a UV lamp with a wavelength between 250nm and 350nm
Points of attention
Bison Glass matures under the influence of ultraviolet light, ie outside, under sunlight or inside a window. Bison Glass does not mature under a cloudy sky or in artificial light. The use of an ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength between 250 and 350 nm allows it to direct light at adhesive joints, thus allowing them to harden.
After use
Stains / residues
Remove stains with acetone. Dry glue residues can only be removed mechanically.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, cool place, where there is no possibility of ice formation.
